So hot today it was ridiculous. I was reminded of how my mom used to give us Roohafza with milk on such days. 

Made this rose flavored Israeli dessert - it was refreshing and just what we needed. Used rice flour to make it and added cardamom for some extra flavor. Replaced the vanilla essence with rose essence and used rose syrup to top it.

Kathi rolls - Kolkata style

What I really liked about this recipe was how quickly the paneer tikkas that go into the roll came about. There was no marination required - hence no planning beforehand. Added bonus was Master S and I enjoyed grilling the skewered kebabs on the flame stove. This one is definitely a winner. Ricotta cream pretzel tart with berries.

I follow this chef on Instagram and I have tried a few of her recipes. Not only are the recipes easy and delicious, her photography is stunning. So I get tempted to try them easily.  This particular one was easy, looks gorgeous and super delicious. Made it without any modifications.
