Pot de Cremes

A friend’s son requested a chocolate dessert for his birthday gift. So made these quintessential baked desserts (but without the baking) because it does not get more chocolatey than a Pot de creme. 


Substituted half and half for the cream in the dessert and it worked wonderfully. Next morning the chocolate dessert was all set. For the whipped topping added some vanilla essence to the cream for flavor.

Kathi rolls - Kolkata style

What I really liked about this recipe was how quickly the paneer tikkas that go into the roll came about. There was no marination required - hence no planning beforehand. Added bonus was Master S and I enjoyed grilling the skewered kebabs on the flame stove. This one is definitely a winner. Ricotta cream pretzel tart with berries.

I follow this chef on Instagram and I have tried a few of her recipes. Not only are the recipes easy and delicious, her photography is stunning. So I get tempted to try them easily.  This particular one was easy, looks gorgeous and super delicious. Made it without any modifications.
